Zest Kitchen & Bar absolutely delivers. The seared tuna was hands-down one of the best I’ve ever had, perfectly seared, melt-in-your-mouth fresh, and beautifully presented. The balance of flavors was spot on and you can tell real care goes into the food here. Huge shoutout to Noah at the bar, who was fantastic. Since moving to PSL a couple of months ago,we have eaten at least 25-30 places here and in Fort Pierce, Stuart and Jensen. While we have had some really really good dishes and meals, this was by far the best meal I've had. The scallop, crabs and shrimp ceviche ( more of a tar tar stack) was perfect. My husband and I went to Zest a few weeks ago and it was PERFECT!! The food was so good - I’d never seen my husband eat so fast. He had the chicken sandwich with the fried green tomato. I had the crab cake with asparagus and I wish I could eat that every day!! The manager Dennis went out of his way to chat with us and thank us for coming in. I love supporting local businesses and we will absolutely be back!

Dined there today, Valentines Day. Service was so amazing! John, was our server and his personality was so very warm and he was very engaging AND attentive. We stumbled upon Zest upon moving to Port Saint Lucie. We had the most amazing lunch and our waiter, Noah, was so attentive and great with his recommendations. They did not disappoint!! Everything we ordered was amazing from the soup, the calamari, amazing Zest cheeseburger and the duck salad. We are now here at least twice a week and have recommended Zest to all of our friends.
